About The Library

     The library is considered a fundamental pillar in the educational process and opens a window of opportunity for cultures of nations and peoples, both old and new.  Caring for education and its development in technology is caring for the importance of knowledge and its seekers.

Thus, the Library College of Education for Women has been created in order to support scientific and educational processes and to achieve the following objectives and functions.

1. To provide a quite and appropriate atmosphere for reading and browsing.

2. To facilitate scientific research studies for researchers by issuing bibliographical data and dictionary indexes.

3. To identify all recent production of intellectual, scientific, and literary works.

4. To provide books and lend them to college students, faculty members and management.

5. Cooperation in all that would improve service in libraries and the exchange of experiences and collaboration in the field of information.

6. Future cooperation – God willing – with local and university libraries along with Arab and educational institutions.

7. Sponsoring and setting up book exhibits.

8. The contribution in the establishment of scientific and cultural organizations.
