The Contents of The Founder’s University Library On WDL Website

The World Digital Library (WDL) started to add the contents of King Abdulaziz University Library on its main website in English, French, Portuguese, Chinese and Spanish Languages beside the Arabic Language. The WDL has issued last week the First fruits of the Central Library contents represented by a manuscript entitled “The Healing Gifts: Commentary on a Poem Explaining the Terminology of the Hanbali Mathhab”. It is worth mentioning that the University Library has acquired the membership of the WDL last February in a move that has won the appreciation of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Governor of Mecca Region and HRH Prince Mishaal Bin Magid, Governor of Jeddah.
The Dean of Library Affairs, Prof. Abdulrashid Hafez has valued this achievement that has been struck through the sustained support of HE The University President, Prof. Usama Bin Sadiq Tayyeb and HE The Vice-President for Development, Dr Zuhair Damanhori. The Dean of Library Affairs assured that the Library Membership participates to the show up of the University, its faculty activities and the information resources to the research community worldwide as a result of the recognition of WDL that guarantees an intensive viewing of the information resources deposited on the member libraries.for more details Please Check the Link Below:
